Michele graduated from the University of Toronto, Canada with a BA in Management with Distinction and has corporate experience in Office Management, HR and Business Management in addition to her entrepreneurial experience. She holds International Virtual Assistants Association’s EthicsCheck™ Virtual Assistant designation and sat on the Board of Directors, Education Department.
